New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Gujarat government and Chief Minister Narendra Modi on a petition seeking a CBI probe into the “fake encounter killing” of Pranesh Kumar Pillai alias Javed Gulam Mohammed Sheikh in June 2004.
A Bench consisting of Justices Tarun Chatterjee and Aftab Alam issued notice returnable in two weeks on the petition by M.R. Gopinatha Pillai of Kerala alleging that his son was killed by the Gujarat police.
The petitioner said his son, who had converted to Islam , was working in a travel agency.

They said: “It appears from all the incidents of fake encounters, a pattern has emerged of killing innocent people, particularly Muslims, on the pretext that they were members of the dreaded terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed and there was a conspiracy to kill Mr. Modi.”

DoS ("Denial of Service") attacks on the law enforcement and justice systems
Anti-Indian, Anti-Hindu, Terrorist bodies have been using this type of petitions to paralyse the justice and law enforcement systems in our country. File a few hundred such petitions in courts of law, or file complaints through the National "Human" Rights Commission, Minorities Commission, etc., and the system is overloaded. It is similar to the "DoS" attacks on Web sites, and the effect on the justice system is similar: it freezes up or behaves erratixcally.
Our Courts of Law are extremely accommodoting towards complaints from "minorities": with the result that people like Narendra Modi (or even the late Swami Laxmananda Saraswati) who have dedicated their lives to serve the motherland, will be forced to spend most of their time defending themselves in Courts. DoS attackers are also often backed by scoundrels in our "secular" government at the "centre", and it is not uncommon for the government itself to initiate such DoS attacks. You will see these DoS atacks also in newspaper forums like the "message board" in rediff, readers' comments in Indian Express, etc, in which they drown out all rationality and decency.
