Opportunity for Nuclear Exports
SK Jain, the NPCIL chairman, has pointed out the opportunity for India to now engage in nuclear exports. India doesn't have to merely become a pure buyer of foreign nuclear tech, but can even go in for tie-ups and joint production partnerships, using its own cost advantages to offer superior value and to accelerate our learning curve. As has been discussed before, Indian companies are rising faster than China's, because whereas Chinese co's had to claw their way up at home first before going abroad, Indian ones are going for global M&As to find whichever path is most efficient for them. Intertwining our supply chains makes it harder for others to extricate themselves from their relationships with us, and gives us more leverage with them as well.

san, this guy has serious vested interests. he is head of the nuclear power something something india limited, so obviously he will talk up nukes. i wouldn't bet on india exporting any nuke stuff. the nsg and the p-5 will be on us like a ton of bricks. if india had the cojones to do any exports, we should have proliferated happily to taiwan and vietnam by now. but no, the kkkangress is all big talk and no action.
When Nepalis were fighting the maoists before the latter came to power , india as advised by karatyechurybardhans purposely sent rusty substandard obsolete weapons. It is not without a valid reason that india is not particularly liked by the rest of the countries around.
Recall the hype with which kudremukh iron ore project was launched citing " huge export potential to Iran '?
All the money spent was in vain. With no one to hold the govt of india accountable.
india is full of " swaggering imbeciles " filled with hubris !
