Pakistan is alleging that India is now blocking the downstream flow of the Chenab river with its new dam, thereby reducing its flow into Pak. It may all just be fabrication by them, but if true, it would be unprecedented for India to infringe upon the Indus Water Treaty -- especially when this Treaty is backed by the power of the World Bank.

I would love to see the reaction in this blog when China does the same to us by diverting Brahmaputra.
You mean the reaction in W.Bengal, don't you?
Unfortunately, China's likely to try and do that anyway, which is why we'll need Pak out of the way when it happens.
Pak seems concerned that we have deployed more fighter jets in J&K:

Seems like a sensible precaution to protect Baglihar Dam, and avoid any untoward act.
