explosive stuff: sister abhaya's killer, a christist godman, confesses: CBI

a young nun named abhaya was found drowned in a well in the st pius convent in kottayam, kerala (the epicenter of christism in india) on march 27th, 1992. this was immediately deemed a suicide and swept under the carpet. now, 16 years later, the truth is coming out. this shows the octopus tentacles of the church and its ability to get anything done to cover its tracks. the report was submitted under seal to the chief magistrate's court in cochin on march 4th, and investigations are continuing, and the final report will be submitted under court order on june 4th.

after sixteen years of attempts by the church to intimidate witnesses, destroy evidence, buy out or terrorize anybody connected with the case, the CBI has now found that an as-yet-unnamed padre actually murdered the woman. apparently the godman confessed under narco-analysis, ie. truth serum, that abhaya happened upon him and another nun in a "compromising position". thereupon he hit her on the head with a blunt instrument. when she fell down unconscious, he thought she was dead. so he dumped her in a well, where she drowned. (this doesn't explain how abhaya was raped and semen was found in her genitals, but we can extrapolate that the randy godman had something to do with this too, and he can be expected to confess to this).

a few examples of the power of the church, the biggest and most powerful MNC in the world: (all data courtesy reports in the malayalam daily, "kerala kaumudi", dated 16th may)

-- when the body was found in the well at dawn, the chief of the nunnery, one cicely sue, did not inform the local police of the incident
-- at 10:26, when the body ws pulled out by the fireforce, it wore nothing but a coffee-colored dress, with no underclothes. the report, however, by the local police SI, V V Augustine (note name) said that the corpse wore a yellow polka-dot dress with underclothes
-- other nuns including one ranita gave sworn statements that they saw deep wounds on the neck and chest. but the police report did not include this. the wounds were visible in the closeup photos taken at the time. but just before the case was to be transferred to the CBI, police destroyed the photos and the negatives
-- no fingerprints were taken nor was a police dog used
-- the well was drained and inspected only five days later
-- a year later, on mar 29th, 1993, the high court (presumably on a plea by the parents) ordered the CBI to take over the case. in the meantime Crime Branch SP K T Michael (note name) had already reported that it was a suicide. the plea to transfer the case to the CBI had been moved against the Crime Branch report and had taken a few months
-- while the case was under consideration in court, the Crime Branch SP had sought permission to destroy abhaya's diary and her nun's habit. on jun 16, 1993, the RDO ordered that these be destroyed and so they were. her diary was interesting because abhaya had had a few run-ins with the godman hierarchy before and was probably on a hit list anyway
-- during a postmortem it is customary to get the results of a blood test and viscera examination. but in this case, even without receiving those, the coroner wrote a report that abhaya had drowned
-- the Crime Branch also reported that abhaya was suicidal and mentally unstable (an allegation hotly denied by the parents)
-- before the case was transferred to the CBI, the Crime Branch destroyed the viscera (pretty good going, crime branch SP KT Michael, you will probably get to be a saint very soon)
-- the chemical examiner's report that abhaya had been raped was found to have been modified in eight places, including the statement "semen found in genitals" which had been modified to "NO semen found in genitals"; and the high court found the chemical examiner guilty and added her to the list of accessories after the fact. (of course a DNA analysis of the semen, had it been done, would have solved the case instantly. clearly this evidence was destroyed too).
-- the court ordered the forensic workbook to be produced which had the original postmortem report. wonder of wonders, the abhaya postmortem report had been torn out of the book

furthermore, once the CBI was given the case, its first report said abhaya had committed suicide. when the court rejected this conclusion, the CBI changed its stance to: even though she had been murdered, it is not possible to find the culprits. the ernakulam chief judicial magistrate (amazingly, note the name: antony m moraes, how did he not get threatened with excommunication and how was he able to stand the pressure?) sharply criticized this stance and told the CBI to 'appropriately' question nuns and padres and others and assured them that they would be able find the murderer. however, the CBI opined that since all the evidence had been destroyed, the case should be closed. the court observed that there were unseen hands controlling the CBI "from behind a curtain" (ooooh, i wonder which office in delhi or the vatican those unseen hands were operating from!). thereupon the court requested a CBI DIG, crime unit, from delhi to take over the investigation.

a remarkable saga. see the extent to which the vatican goes to obstruct justice? someone should write a novel about this.

i don't actually think the godman is telling the whole truth. i think it was premeditated. abhaya was raped and murdered as an example to other nuns to toe the line, accept any sexual predation by the godman hierarchy, and behave. this order must have come from the highest echelons of the church; certainly the coverup would have burned up the phone lines to the vatican. some bishop or cardinal or even the big godman himself, ratzy, should be arrested for conspiracy to murder, obstruction of justice, etc. but you know that in india no christist godman will ever even be accused of any sin, much less arrested.

there was another famous case in kerala 25 years ago: the madatharuvi case, where a godman murdered his lover. then too, the entire hierarchy was involved in the coverup, and no bishop or even small-fry godman was ever caught. these guys are, you know, "untouchable". they can do anything and get away with it. yea, it says so in their book.

yea, verily is it written that the christist death cult will stop at nothing to protect itself.
