aei.org: fantasy of four-nation 'alliance'

dec 3rd

forwarded to me.

this sounds pretty far-fetched. the us is certainly running scared of china, although i think it shouldnt -- just unleashing america's superior financial engineering/manipulation skills should be enough to knock the wind out of the tottering chinese banking system -- but if it's looking for a few more vassals like poodle blair, i suspect it's barking up the wrong tree.

the japanese are flexing their muscle (all those visits to the yakusuni shrine are acting as a tonic to the right-wingers). india's false pride (dur-abhimanam) exemplified by the marxist running-dogs is going to prevent india from getting really close to the us.

which is probably just as well. indians don't know how to pander to the americans' vanities and extract huge concessions out of them. we should hire musharraf to do that, as he's the world's biggest expert on running circles around the atlanticist cold warrior dregs of the us state department. give musharraf enough money and he'll consult for india too.
