The arrest of K Narayan Rao, member secretary, All India Council for Technical Education by the Central Bureau of Investigation while accepting a bribe from the owner of an engineering college in Andhra Pradesh has brought the unsavoury happenings in the apex body governing the technical education in the country under the scanner.

F**king s**t, HC Rai is the Vice Chancellor of IP University, Delhi. Got to inform my cousins. Damn you Miyan Arjun Singh, rot in hell or just meet allah, whichever is worse as per the mythology of these cults.
This is shameful, culprits have proven that the bug of corruption has not spared the education system in Indian institutes, he has broken the law of holy practice of preaching which could be deciphered as "art of giving" but people like him follow the "art of taking" (u are smart understand this?)....(if you don't just don't learn this art..)
