i am told that the US plans flights this weekend MUM-ATL and DEL-SFO on commercial aircraft, and the evacuees will be fully charged (i think later, not up front).
this business of india doing free evacuations has to stop. it's moral hazard. i've been screaming about evacuation insurance for years.
