Samudra Manthana - at Thailand Airport

oct 1, 2008

similarly, in a prominent square in mohammedan jakarta, indonesia, there is a giant depiction of the gitopadesha.

and here's buddhist thailand celebrating the sagara manthana.

in india, it is not possible to set up a hanuman statue in kanyakumari. the christists (who actually claim the place is kanyaka mariam, ie ye olde 'virgin' mary), have forced the statue to be moved away.

While Thailand is celebrating our history at the gateway to their country, our government is bent on proving that God Shri Ram is a myth. Anyways, Navratri ki shubkamnaye everyone. Jai Mata Ki!
