very interesting. the ICJ is basically saying that serbia was right to massacre mohammedans. i shall not step into the minefield of the questions that this raises, except to point out that this is certainly a very intriguing finding. maybe this is an indication that some eurabians are finally saying "no more mr. nice guy".
anyway, expect huge amounts of breast-beating from the professional agitators/agitprop mavens of the left ably supported by saudi moolah.
if this were an indian court, teesta setalvad would go back to the court and keep on harassing them until, in exhaustion, the court would say, "we are sorry, we reverse our earlier decision, mohammedans should have been the ones doing the massacring, because that's their job". yeah, it says so in various books.

so are the left now going to declare that (a la arundhati roy) that they are no longer citizens of the earth, and became citizens of some other planet. of course they do act like they live on some other planet already (i am reminded, in this context, of musharraf declaring that "mohammedanism is the most tolerant religion". whereupon a wag asked, "on which planet?")

You can see the NYT gnashing its Atlanticist teeth in frustration, because the verdict they were hoping and counting on didn't happen.
Remember that during the Balkans conflict, the main European powers didn't have the stomach to intervene, and it was the force of Albright and Clinton (elected and controlled by Atlanticists) who shoved their military campaign onto Europeans and forced them to toe the line.
Now that the Atlanticist Clintonites are out of power, the Europeans have again returned to their natural reticence, much to the fury of the Atlanticist exiles living in the US.
You can bet that once the Democrats return to power in the Whitehouse, then the Atlanticists will attempt to seize control of the foreign policy agenda to pick up where Clinton left off, and to revive the wounds of the Balkans once again.
but as usual the USA is getting 'apt' rewards for that. worldwide, including Bosnian, muslims hate USA.
Bosnian muslims probably remember not that USA saved them from getting a dose of the medicine muslims have been giving to rest of the world, but definitely remember that USA is number one enemy of various jehadi states like Pakistan/Saudi Arabia and their offshoots like Taliban, Al-Qaeda etc.
