World's most wanted man is considered as a "Guest" on the soil of Pakistan. Now that Pakistan has nuclear power, is it not correct that entire humanity is vulnerable to any possible disaster? A country which is possessed by forces which are not answerable to any one and which is beyond any legal system is indeed a great threat to the entire world.
