GSLV Delays to Affect Other Programs
It was on April 15, 2010 that the GSLV-F06 mission failed when the Cryogenic Upper Stage failed to ignite. The ISRO chairman K Radhakrishnan vowed that another launch would be attempted within a year. That's actually not going to happen until 2012, and other ISRO programs such as the Human Spaceflight program will doubtlessly be affected.

For every dollar that goes into reserves, China prints about 6.5 yuan, adding even more cash to its economy. To drain all this excess money, China's primary weapon has been to increase banks' reserve requirements, forcing them to lock up cash that they would otherwise lend. Required reserves are already at a record 20 percent of deposits for China's biggest banks, denting their profitability, and analysts believe that the room for further increases is limited.
