So, for the hacks at the Toi*** Pap** of India who have sold themselves to the highest (Abrahamic) bidder, people qualify as terrorists only if they kill Abrahamics ('god's chosen ones' ) - otherwise, they are merely militants, who have probably been provoked beyond endurance by their (mostly Pagan) targets.
