Terror cell then gets a warning from one of D-Company's contacts and they slip away. BUT, the happy ending is that sonia gets a few million and she throws some scraps to her underlings.
Then Mr. Singh makes a strong statement, "JUST one more time and my patience will wear thin." Then the Economist writes a complimentary story about "India's tolerance in the face of militancy." (avoid the word "terror" at all costs)
Repeat cycle a hundred times.
Indians CANNOT trust their government to look out for them.
