China Strong Deflation Risk

Here's a good article from Businessweek, arguing that China could be in for a 1929 American-style Great Depression, due to some inherent features of its economy that pose a strong deflationary risk. As we all know, deflation is the worst thing that could happen to any economy -- except bizarrely India's, with its inflation-sensitive politics.
