China to Take AlJazeera Approach

China will be creating its own global broadcasting network, to spin news in its favour and distribute it around the world. Looks like they plan to spend some big bucks on it. I don't see any Indian nationalists proposing any similar ideas. What about globalization, blahblah? I'd really like to know where a Hindu Rupert Murdoch will come from.
