I have argued elsewhere that the HRD ministry is the most critical ministry if we want to make a new India - and therefore this must be handed over to Arun Shourie
reality is that this commie-mullah combine has completely perverted pubic discourse by capturing publicly funded institutions in the humanities. When Murli Manohar Joshi tred to cleane this up last time - it looked like an mateurish attempt at counter subversion; but Shourie has the smarts and the stamina to pull hte rug from under these people's feet.
