this is necessary, but may be insufficient. reality is that both china and the US have a vested interest in a somewhat unified pakistan's survival (oddly to counter each other in central asia) - as also the saudi's.
they can get their 'friends of pakistan' to keep sending money
india's best play is aggressive defense at home – and doing many Kashmir’s to Pakistan i.e funding the Sindhi, Seraki, Pashtun and Baloch aspirations against Punjabi-Muslim imperialism –
errrr – did I mention the Mohajirs – sorry my bad!!
