thunderous silence from the usual whiners and human rights cottage industry:
a) marxists/maoists and other communists and friends of china (genocide suzie, nram)
b) mullahs and friends (shahabuddin, teesta, shabana)
c) missionaries and crypto-missionaries (john dayal, kancha ilaiah, DMK)
which means they have no problem with it.
then omar abdullah supports the censorship. if omar finds youtube stuff inflammatory, has he ever read the 'annotated bible' or the 'annotated koran'? http://skepticsannotatedbible.com/ by the same logic, the bible needs to be censored. also, the most inflammatory stuff on youtube and facebook is from the mullahs and missionaries and communists. this has been the case for many years. why is omar only supporting the current censorship?
and so, apparently, does shashi tharoor.
that last bit is disappointing.

I reject censorship. Art,literature&political opinion are sacrosanct. But inflammatory communal incitement is like a match at a petrol pump.
