NTPC gets soil instead of coal

http://www.deccanherald.com/content/211589/instead-coal-ntpc-unit-receives.html

"All that glitters is not ‘coal’. This was what the mandarins manning the super thermal power project at Kahalgaon, a unit of National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), in Bhagalpur learnt the hard way when they found that the rake carrying coal had soil instead.

At least nine out of 59 wagons in the rake carried soil, much to the shock of the officials."

I imagine that upon being alerted that the people were suffering due to widespread coal shortages and theft, the Queen is said to have replied, "Then let them eat renewable energy."
