Twisted sense of justice in Indian judiciary

Here, the Supreme Court of India decries religious conversions by force, fraud and allurement - and in the same breath confirms life imprisonment for Dara Singh!!

Breathtaking logic and consistent with the Allahabad High court judgement that acknowledged the existence of a historical temple at Ayodhya, forcibly demolished by medieval Muslim invaders and supplanted by a mosque - simultaneously awarding 1/3 of the land to Mohammedans!!

So, a terrorist like Mohd Afzal Guru gets to live after architecting an attack on the nation's Parliament.

Another terrorist, Mohd Ajmal Kasab also gets to live after being caught red handed in a Jihad attack on Mumbai.

A Christian terrorist ideologue, albeit operating under a "Maoist" burka has Nobel laureates, the European Union, Indian Christist media campaigning for him.

Graham Stain was a Christian terrorist, perpetrating civilisational warfare againt the Hindu nation. He was:
1) Ilegally overstaying in India for several years on an expired tourist visa.

2) Engaging in activities inconsistent with his visa status, namely Xtist evangelism.

3) In illegal possession of unlicesnsed firearms.

4) Engaged in intimidation of innocent tribals and villagers, baptizing them under duress.

5) Known for his hate speech against the religious and cultural traditions of his host country.

6) Creating societal discord and disharmony with belligerent proselytisation that resulted in the disruption of native religious traditions and uprooting of families.

7) Known for sexual exploitation of Vanvasi (tribal Hindu) women.

Virtually Reads lke the resume of a Mohammad Atta. So, it was the government's responsibility to prosecute a terrorist like Stain, curtail his terror and incarcerate/deport him.

The state government of Orissa and GOI failed miserably in their governance. They are culpable of a dereliction of duty when it pertained to national security.

Now, if a nationalist youth like Dara Singh saw it fit to take the law into his own hands, does he really deserve a harsh sentence such as life imprisonment?

What is the logic behind this sentence when the Supreme court and the Wadhwa commission of inquiry have both taken cognizance of Stain's socially disruptive terror activities?

Would the presence of Australian "observers" at the court of trial have anything to do with it? Or the frequent visits by
European "delegations" to Orissa?
