because xtists (and xtist CM) said xtist land would be lost for line, and xtists wouldn't get anything in return!
i wonder if the hindu soldiers dying to protect all of india (including xtists) should say, "heck no, i ain't getting nothing from protecting some xtists, here, terrorist/chinese, i am surrendering to you."
