Indian judiciary's "secularist" tendencies

It is not merely politicians or media persons who are protagonists of Dhimmitude.
The rot has spread to the Judiciary as well. This is in evidence yet again, selectively awarding punitive action against a member of the Hindu resistance, Shri Sarpotdar of the Shiv Sena. The perpetrators of Islamo-fascist genocide against native Hindu sons of the soil go scot free. What was Shri Sarpotdar's crime? That he dared to organise Hindu resistance against Jihadi butcher mobs in Mumbai?
Defenders of Indic civilisation have the right to bear arms - this ought to be a constitutional guarantee.
