Stratfor: China Going Down, To Be Replaced by 16 Successors

Stratfor's senior analysts say that declining China will be overtaken by a collection of rising economies mainly around the Indian Ocean basin - with the conspicuous omission of India:

I'm very glad that Khangress-ruled India has been omitted from the list of rising tigers, because clearly we don't deserve to be on the list. Even Lanka and Bangladesh are getting more favorable mention than us. It's interesting that Friedman mentions China's damaging Cultural Revolution led by Mao's widow Jian Qing, because India is suffering/stumbling through its own version of this kind of civil war. It won't be until this civil war is won and Rajiv's widow is tossed out on her ear that India can start to rise.
