LVM3-X Flight to Carry Crew Module?

Unconfirmed sources on the internet are saying that the LVM3-X (Launch Vehicle Mark-3 Experimental Flight) will carry the Crew Module as its payload. That's a good move by ISRO, as it immediately announces India's intentions to follow through on the Human Spaceflight program. However, I'm thinking it would make the other planned SRE-2 capsule experiment redundant and unnecessary - maybe that one will be eliminated.
