Fwd: Indian Parliament: I Will Pay 300 Million USD For Implementing Communal Award

for some reason, this fellow keeps sending me these mails (haven't read his petition, but i can guess the gist of it from this and previous aggrieved mails i got from him). from the tone, i would imagine he's some bible-thumping fundie doing some bogus 'dalit network' stuff. a little google searching for the name turned up a story about a fellow with this name in phoenix, arizona. 

now the 'dalit support network' or some other church-front organization, if i remember right, has a seriously anti-hindu website which was registered to somebody in arizona. 

this could be the same fellow -- weeping copiously for "dalits" although it is the very same church and its white minions that created poverty in hitherto prosperous india through simply stealing india's wealth.

anybody know more about this fellow and/or his other 'accomplishments'?
