but of course, there is the sino-mohammedan axis. the comrades have been told by their handlers in china to support the mohammedans at all times; and the mohammedans are returning the favor. of course, as soon as they gain power, the mohammedans will round up all the comrades and behead them -- if you think i am kidding, can you name any comrades in EAST bengal? there aren't any, that's why.

Dear Rajeev,
A bunch of Marxists, Islamists and p-secs have come together to support Arundhati Roy, who has emerged as a spokesperson for the violent agenda of the Maoists.
It never ceases to amaze me how these 'eminent' people are always ready to team up for each other's cause. Especially if the cause is against the interests of Indians in general, and Hindus in particular. These knaves form a tightly-knit, incestuous group, who will go to any lengths to defend people and groups who kill innocent Indians.

The list includes the usual suspects:
Harsh Mander - Left IAS to join a Christian-funded group
Javed Naqvi - 'Indian' journalist who writes columns for Pakistani newspapers, where he abuses India
Jean Dreze - Sonia Gandhi's lackey
Karan Thapar - Foul-mouthed TV host
Manoj Mitta - TOI hack, with a penchant for turning news into leftist propoganda
Prashant Bhushan - Lawyer who said Batla House incident was fake
Shabnam Hashmi - Anarchist activist, known for violent demonstrations
Teesta Setalvad - Supporter of Islamist causes, has committed repeated perjury in the Supreme Court
Badri Raina - DU Professor, who is obsessed with Ayodhya and Gujarat, and regrets being born a Hindu, and wishes he were a Muslim
Yogendra Yadav - Psephologist known for championing his political preferences, in the garb of election analysis
But there are some surprising names in the list:
Vandana Shiva - Organic activist
Prof. Yashpal - Former head, UGC
Arvind Kejriwal - RTI activist
I guess this means that:
1. Civic space in India has been completely taken over by leftists and their lackeys. Thus, you are allowed to espouse causes like organic farming, Right to Information, educational reform, water policy etc. only if you hold the 'correct' political views.
2. And concurrently, the media will give attention to your causes, only if your thinking matches the current groupthink.
Regards,
Piyush

Jean dreze is a 'western plant'.
It's worth noting the ease with which he got into 'seats of power' in India. Within a few years of 'acquiring' Indian Citizenship, he could write an article making critical remarks against Mahatma Gandhi himself.
