what this nytimes columnist says is doubly true of india v. pakistan. he says israel v. the palestinians is a game of chicken.

in india v. pakistan, india is the chicken always. i just loved p chidambaram's warning that "the next time there's a terror attack, we will do something". haven't we seen this movie many times before?

the pakistanis *know* that kkkangressi-india is not capable of imagining that there might be some actual mohammedans in india who are not jihadis and supporters of pakistan. or that there is any greater national purpose than the protection of sonia and her brat from possible assassination by anybody, in particular mohammedan terrorists.

In keeping with jail rules, the sole terrorist captured alive during the 26/11 attacks, Mohammad Ajmal Amir, said ‘Jai Hind’ to officials at the Arthur Road Jail when he was lodged there for two days recently.

Isn't that a violation of terrorist, er... Human Rights?
Did any one say, Suzanne Arundhati Roy?

I do not think Jai Hind would be a violation - because at least part of that phrase (the Hind part) is Urdu.
It would be a violation if they asked him to sing Vande Mataram
