csm: Now's the time to reinvent America's farm and food policies.

a very important issue: food policy. the farm bill of 2007/8 was once again in the interests of big agribusiness, and does nothing to reduce the amount of 'high-fructose corn syrup' that goes into all sorts of packaged food, leading to a diabetes epidemic among poor blacks/latinos. remarkably, it's cheaper to buy highly processed food than much healthier vegetables/fruits.
