looks pretty bad at first glance. incompetence, idiocy, naivete -- all our jawaharlal's traits, with nepotism and trusting crummy aides.

good thing this was released now esp in the context of #mh370 (and how we have no goddamn idea what is going on in the bay of bengal/andaman sea). but does it mean this is a distraction from something even more damaging to india?
