The Indian govt is likely to seek the death penalty for all the men charged except one:

Ram Singh, Mukesh Singh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Singh will receive capital punishment.
Mohammed Afroz will not, since he is some months below the age of majority.

AFAIK, in exceptional cases, judges/ courts in USA do not show leniency to juveniles, but try them under laws applicable to adults. I think Indian courts are also not bound hand and foot by the laws pertaining to juveniles, but can treat them as adults in this case and similar ones.
