typical mentality which The Gaudian caters to.
The reason that so much money went offshore is tax itself. Many have forgotten the dark days when income tax used to be above 90% is top class in India.
Heavy taxation has lead to under invoicing of exports and over invoicing of imports. That is a fact that Baba Ramdev and his ilk do not understand.
