Thailand Releases New Postage Stamps on Hindu Deities.

i hope these are true thai stamps, because some time ago some scamster was selling hindu stamps in the US, which were simply hindu images on US postal stationery, not quite legal tender. i have not checked the authenticity of the stamps nor of the first day cover, but it's a good segue into the fact that, as i mentioned in rediff last week, the attack on thailand sounds suspiciously like one of those 'made-by-padres' attacks on hindus in india.

there is something kindred with india/hinduism in all the eastern countries, with the possible exception of china. i remember how positive my japanese friends were about india, the holy land. there are hindu icons in major buddhist temples: i remember going to the venerable kamakura buddha temple (or was it nara? i can't remember) and seeing sub-deities which had sanskrit names and very clearly hindu.

similarly in bangkok, the temple of the emerald buddha has scenes from hindu epics on some of the walls, and there is a small hindu shrine on the premises. also there are small hindu temples around bangkok, and indeed even the spectacular wat arun (temple of the dawn) on the chao praya river has some hindu elements.

similarly in the middle of jakarta, there is a giant gitopadesa in a traffic island. would never find that in dhimmi india, would we?

Here we are 83% of the people ruled by an Italian white christian who in  Italy would have been nothing more than a middle-class house wife. In her regime we had one rupee, then 2 rupee and now 10 rupee coins bearing the cross. We had the christian miracle lady Alphonsa on 5 rupee coins. Lady Macbeth has  moved the Faustian hindus in her party with machiavellian precision to get Forbes to declare her to be one of the top ten most powerful women. With men like these it is cakewalk. As i said before the Indian National Congress from its inception is the Gateway to India.

 Compound this with a brainless opposition and you no longer have to wage war with weapons of mass destruction. You just need gandhian hindus with a perverted sense of nation and nationhood like Pranab Mukherjee, Advani and countless others to transform the hindu nation into a characterless territory. Once you use state power to plant christian symbols in public spaces and in instruments of power, the war has been won. The BJP continues to remain in coma. Hindus have no sense of themselves or this bhumi. Little Thailand has a better sense of its heritage than the Hindus on Hindu bhumi.RR

Thailand Government Releases New Postage Stamps on Hindu Deities. Government of  Thailand  released remarkable new edition of stamps depicting the Hindu Deities, which will definitely delight the hearts of Hindu’s in   Asia  and other parts  of the world.   Thailand  has a remarkable affinity to the Hindu Religion and Thai People are obviously proud of their Indian (Hindu) connection with the rich and colorful Thai culture and tradition.
