i do hope kataria et al now go ahead and slap the INOC with a $500 million countersuit alleging
a) attempt to suppress 1st amendment rights
b) libel, defamation and slander
c) mental agony and distress
counter-sue and bankrupt the blighters. also, the INOC can be attacked for being an unregistered lobbyist for a foreign power, which is probably a misdemeanor, but is probably taken seriously because of efforts (eg. by the chinese) to influence elections in the US.
we discussed on this blog before how the INOC has no locus standi to file anything about sonia nehru, a foreign potentate. the judge seems to agree.
remember how the southern poverty law center bankrupted the ku klux klan through lawsuits. they had to sell their headquarter building to pay off the court-ordered payment to some woman whose husband was killed by them. and they were totally humiliated.
of course, the ill-gotten billions of the UPA will flow from numbered swiss accounts to support the INOC. but imagine what the hindu organizations in the US can do with, say, a $100-million dollar out-of-court settlement! get some good lawyers, guys, and go after the INOC. destroy them. that will put the fear of god into the FOIL types and other sepoys as well.
