An acquaintance sent me the same info in an email. After an hou or so, he sent another email, saying:
"Please note that 1090 is not a terror help line. Someone seems to have played a prank. I got it as a forwarded message from somebody and upon checking the veracity it turned out to be a helpline for elders."
