Quick notes: Visa status, Sim Bhullar...

  • Barrack Hussein continues to have "concerns" about Modi’s past. Contrary to the impression in India, there is no evidence the US has changed its policy on a visa for Modi.

  • Akouri Sinha: A mountain named Mt. Sinha

  • Iran is a bona fide drone power: The Iranian craft may not be quite as advanced as their U.S. counterparts. But the program may also have gotten a boost after a U.S. surveillance drone that crashed in the country in 2011 was reverse engineered. A big headache for Israel.... The plot to smuggle US military technology to Iran.

  • Sim Bhullar has reportedly signed a summer contract with the Sacramento Kings, making the 7'5", 360-pound center the biggest player in the league and the first player of Indian descent to make it to the NBA.  The son of immigrants from Punjab, Bhullar’s height is in his genes-- his father is 6'5" and his mother is 5'10".
