Is Ashant Bhushan in charge of the Aadhar card authority?

Because while one is talking about conducting a plebiscite in Kashmir and
promoting its secession from the Indian Union; the other, an agency of the government of India already recognizes Pakistan occupied Kashmir and China occupied Kashmir as foreign territory.

This is a significant departure from the officially stated position of GOI and the standing Parliamentary resolution on the issue - which asserts Indian sovereignty over all parts of Kashmir and mandates that Indian governments make all efforts possible to restore Indian sovereignty over that territory.

While the idea of a unique national identification number is laudable, the agency has not implemented any safeguards to prevent its issuance to the 5 crore illegal Bangladeshi Moslem infiltrators in India - who are being rewarded for their illegality with government doles under NREGA, FSB etc.

Is it any surprise then that Nandan Nilekani is being considered as the Congress candidate from the Bangalore Lok Sabha seat? I hope he is soundly defeated by the BJP candidate.

I suggest to the UPA "government" that as an additional feature of Aadhar, a barcode should be tattooed on the foreheads AND backs of the neck of all residents of India. A microchip with all the codes could also be surgically implanted inside the chest cavity, just under the heart. These procedures should be made compulsory for all babies born on or after 1st January 2015.
