I just saw this item about a Lancet article, and was struck by one line (which I quote below):



 In contrast, the Y. pestis DNA from a mass grave dug during the 1348 plague in Spitalfields, London, suggest those bacteria are ancestors of all modern human infections worldwide.


Limeys have the audacity to name some new bacterial super-bug as New Delhi, etc. but look at the scientific evidence: all of today's infections might have started in London!
