Ford has unveiled their C-Max solar concept car, which includes integrated solar panel for re-charging:

They're saying that the solar concentrators allow the vehicle to fully recharge under sunlight in less than a day. Pretty clever idea which even Tesla hasn't tried yet. It would be interesting to see how far a solar-electric Nano concept could be taken.
