Justice for Captain Saurabh Kalia?

The most inhuman and unspeakable torture was inflicted on this martyr and his fellow soldiers for 22 days before finally being killed.

Captain Saurabh Kalia must have been only 23 years old when he made the supreme sacrifice for the nation.

Are our shameless politicians and chattering classes worthy of such sacrifices?

I'm not sure going to the International court of justice will achieve anything, if the goal is to compel Pakistan to discipline its Jihadi soldiers. Pakistan and its army are only emulating the tenets of Jihad enunciated in the Sharia law and the brutal traditions exemplified throughout the history of Jihadi expansionism in "infidel" lands.

The bestial torture of Captain Saurabh Kalia ranks with the torture of Sambhaji (son of Chattrapati Shivaji), Guru Gobind Singh, Guru Tegh Bahadur, Banda Bairagi, Prithviraj Chauhan and countless other martyrs of the heroic Hindu resistance to Jihad
over the aeons.

Pakistan needs to be punished severely for this atrocity. Dr. Kalia's inititive needs to be supported because it reminds us
of Captain Saurabh Kalia's sacrifice and re-awakens our sleeping populace to the dangers of mindless gestures of "Cricket diplomacy", Delhi-Lahore bus yatras etc.

If the Indian government is refusing to act on this, maybe NRIs, especially those in western countries should hold periodic demonstrations in front of Pakistani diplomatic missions with banners containing the picture of Captain Kalia to keep this issue in the public eye - in pakistan, in India, and in the countries where they currently reside. That should surely provoke image conscious netas in India and Pakistan into addressing Dr. Kalia`s demands, while also acting as a deterrent to future would-be Torquemadas. Also, one should not forget the BSF jawans who met a simlar fate at the hands of The Bangladesh Rifles in 2001.

Its a real shame that in spite of more than a decade of the event, no action has been initiated.
True, had it been US or even Israel, things would have been different, the culprits would have been hunted down.
I wish the Armed Forces of India become so advanced that in the future any enemy of India would have to think many times before taking any Indian lives (Military or civilian).
My salute to the soldiers Capt. Saurabh Kalia and Sepoys Arjun Ram, Bhanwar Lal Bagaria, Bhika Ram, Moola Ram and Naresh Singh of the 4 Jat Regiment.
