Will Obama master vote bank politics, or will vote bank politics master him?
We've seen what happened to VP Singh when Lalu emerged from his shadow. Suddenly VP Singh was no longer relevant.
Likewise, Latinos may be the junior partner in Obama's coalition rignt now, but at some point they will come into their own in the future. Then like Lalu, they will be leading the partnerships, and others will be dancing to their tune.
