Pak Army Keeps All Others Teetering

In Pakistan, the Zardari govt's attempts to name a new prime minister were scotched, when the army-controlled anti-narcotics force filed charges against the new nominee for PM, prompting the courts to immediately issue an arrest warrant for him. It appears that the Pak army is determined to keep all other institutions in the country teetering, in order to keep itself in firmly in the driver's seat.
