Your article is a too pessimistic Rajeev. China is doing bad as well, China's massive property bubble is going to burst, China's PMI has dipped below 50 two successive months in a row. China's growth might slip below 8%. The world economy is in deep trouble, our low currency exchange rates might prove to be a boon for our exports.
The Congress's misrule is apparent, but now India I think has the resilience to withstand the Congress misrule.
LOL,at your reference calling "Fareed Zakaria" pundit. He was persona non-grata before, now he suddenly becomes a pundit? Our PMI expanded in Dec,along with China's.
i feel free to quote anybody even if i am not particularly fond of them. by the way, 'pundit' is not exactly a ringing endorsement, it suggests the person is a bit dubious. well, zakaria was saying something useful to me to make my point, so i used him. some communists once questioned me for quoting ems nambudipad! and some guy once berated me for quoting pink floyd (whom i love by the way). i asked him if he was pink floyd's son-in-law to feel so proprietary.
