this is like the chinese bully americans whenever they talk about human rights, by loudly shouting from the rooftops about US failings.
not a very polished document (it's got everything and kitchen sink it it), but it's a good start in terms of making allegations and assertions supported by case history and statistics. this forces the interlocutors to play on your playing field.
