Modi's Manifesto

Narendra Modi recently gave a speech at Delhi University - here's an excerpt:

Modi said: “The Government has no business doing business. Minimum Government, maximum governance is my principle”. Given that the Government of India has grown very unwieldy, slow, bureaucratic, and colossally expensive to maintain, this outlook is definitely most welcome.

This is quite an excellent policy plank indeed.
