Of course, we know who is not responsible

At least 11 people were killed and 50 injured in two near simultaneous blasts in Hyderabad and the death toll could go up, Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said on Thursday night.

Asked whether it was a terror attack, the minister said,
"It is too early to say anything and only an investigation will reveal further information".

Asked whether the blasts had any links with the arrest of Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen leader Akbaruddin Owaisi, who is currently in jail for allegedly delivering an inflammatory speech, he said, "There is nothing like that".

Of course Not!
The investigation into the atrocity is pending. But, the "secular" narrative has immediately ruled out one party
as a possible culprit!
On the basis of what evidence, may I dare to ask? Doesn't this
prejudice the investigation even before it has commenced and
pre-determine the result by excluding certain entities?

Owaisi is out on bail - just a few days ago.
