US new 'hardline on pak = india should hand over kashmir
true to form - if it is 'brookings institution' it will tell india to 'quit kashmir' .. so repetitive and tiresome ....sigh !

The entire article is a badly concealed subterfuge. This regurgitated nonsense passes for an Op-ed in the NYT, it is no surprise, considering the bleeding hearts that inhabit the "think-tank" !
