Sepoy Daleep Singh should have been bluntly told that America can't expect NATO to bail them out in the event of serious Sino-US confrontation in Asia. After all, NATO didn't stay the course during America's war in Afghanistan, and even America itself later had withdraw in defeat. If NATO can't stand its ground against Taliban, how would they be expected to hold the line against PLA?
