India's Supreme Court is once again usurping powers (claiming to not 'abdicate' them) by trying to tell the govt how to deal with the Rohingya issue:

Since when does the Supreme Court have the power to dictate foreign policy? The Rohingya are not citizens of India, and have entered the country illegally, claiming asylum. The court is once again exceeding its jurisdiction, thinking that everything under the sun falls under its purview.
