Winning by doping is not winning, so Indians should not poison their bodies just to achieve hollow victories. Exposing doping is however a victory of sorts - a victory for those who would compete honestly.
you win by all means available. this translates to a continuing cat and mouse game between dopers and investigators. you simply cannot be clean and win at the highest level. those who succeed are the best cheaters. if you are an amateur cheater, you get caught. if you are a professional cheater like armstrong, you go a long way before getting caught. if you ever get caught.
