Indian Space Rocket Program Lags Behind China's
Prof U R Rao of PRL reminds everyone that India's space rocket program lags seriously behind China's. However Dr Goswami says that India can and should go to Mars.

How about spending it on something tangible and more useful like you know upgrading the military so that we don't get humiliated again ala 1962?
India is behind China in almost everything on this planet we live in and we want to catch up to them on Mars?
How about first closing the gap here on Earth before we worry about outer space.
ROFL. after moon, it is now mars. there is no end to this kind of talk from our babus. and when they are given money, they feel helpless and try to make it a project in which multiple nations are involved.
